Common Questions
- How do I configure my API keys? Go to the App Settings page in your Shopify Admin.
- Why are no rates showing? Ensure your product weights and dimensions are set, and that you are using a validated shipping address.
- How do I confirm a shipment? Once an order is paid, navigate to the Loadlink App > Orders and click "Confirm Freight".
