Loadlink provides a platform to obtain freight quotes and book shipments. We act as an intermediary between you and our carrier partners.

You agree to provide accurate information regarding shipment weights, dimensions, and addresses. inaccurate information may result in additional charges or refusal of service by the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates and Billing

Shipping rates quoted by the App are estimates based on the information provided. Final billing may change based on actual carrier audits of weight and dimensions.

4. Liability

Loadlink is not liable for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, except as provided by the specific carrier's terms and conditions or optional insurance coverage you may purchase.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
